Honestly, every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. Each plate was beautifully presented, full of flavour and impossible to fault. It’s one of those rare restaurants where there wasn’t a single thing we wouldn’t happily order again.

Evelyn’s feels like a little urban oasis, filled with lush greenery, natural textures and warm lighting that creates a relaxed botanical escape in the middle of the Northern Quarter. Whether you’re visiting for brunch, dinner or cocktails, it’s the sort of place that instantly makes you want to stay a little longer.

Speaking of cocktails, their drinks menu is just as impressive as the food. From beautifully balanced classics to creative house signatures, every cocktail is crafted with as much care as the dishes themselves. They’re not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making them the perfect companion to dinner.

One thing that makes Evelyn’s even more special is what lies beneath the restaurant. Hidden in the basement is The Daisy, a discreet Parisian Pigalle-inspired cocktail bar with plush interiors, an intimate atmosphere and resident DJs at weekends. It feels like discovering a secret after dinner—and it’s definitely worthy of its own post, so I’ll be sharing more about it soon.
